Return and Refund Policy

At Nutridig Healthcare, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. We are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and personal care products with utmost safety, hygiene, and transparency.


Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Therefore, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

The product must be sealed, unopened, and unused.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect and verify the condition. If the product is confirmed to be sealed and undamaged, we will process a refund immediately.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned product is approved by our quality team.

  • A ₹80 return courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount for voluntary return requests (not due to damage or wrong item).

  • Refunds are not applicable if the returned product is opened, damaged, or does not pass inspection.


Replacement Policy

We offer free replacements in the following cases:

  • Expired product – received item is past its expiration date.

  • Damaged in transit – product or packaging damaged during delivery.

  • Wrong item delivered – product different from what you ordered.

If your order falls under these exceptions, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and share the following:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice

Our support team will review and respond within 2–3 business days. Once approved, a free replacement will be shipped promptly, subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued instead.


Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted only for sealed and unopened items.

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability.

  • Claims made after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.

  • Refunds are processed only after the product passes inspection.
